SEBAGO, ME | 2014 GMC 1500 Yukon XLSeptember 1, 2026Impressed with the proactive call from service after making the initial easy online appointment for the vehicle to confirm or discuss any issues. Also service check-in was great. Reason for visit was a to find a battery/charging/starter irregularity. Service identified a battery issue that impeded further diagnosis process; issue was likely quickly found by a voltmeter test. We were charged for the diagnostic test understood, however with the time charged for the diagnostic, a brief basic safety check(at least tire pressure, etc) with the vehicle already in a bay, on a lift would have been great. Again overall happy with experience and will book further servicesLawrence M
